Twice in Oulu in a few weeks, not bad at all. Precious times with some of the best people. Eetu had grown a lot. Rantakatu served incredible food as usual and Rooster's burgers were quite scrumptious too! (A very welcome addition to the café & restaurant scene in Oulu!) Browsing mom's magazines we found a new easy favorite dish, lentil barley stew (which I might still tweak a little and maybe share here sometime). Me and my big sister took it really easy and crocheted piles of granny square kitchen cloths.
